tiqi is a travel planning and booking service operated by TravelDesk, a UAE-based travel business with its back office in Dubai. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the tiqi website and booking service.
2. Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your name and email address when you create an account, traveller details and contact information when you make a booking, and the messages you send while planning a trip. We also collect basic technical information — such as device, browser, and usage data — that helps us run and improve the service.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to plan and manage your trips, process bookings, send confirmations and vouchers, respond to support requests, keep the service secure, and meet our legal obligations. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve how tiqi works.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on tiqi’s servers. Stripe handles your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
5. How we share information
We share booking details with the tour operators who provide your experiences, and we work with service providers — such as hosting, payment, analytics, and AI providers — who process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain booking records, and meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to keep. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
8. Cookies
tiqi uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the service to work — for example, to keep you signed in — along with basic analytics that help us understand how the service is used.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the date above shows when it was last revised. This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
